Return Window

30-Day Returns: You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return items.

Condition for Returns

Must be Original: Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by their original packaging. Any furniture items should be disassembled if they were assembled following delivery.

Initiating a Return

Reach Out to Customer Service: Start your return by contacting our customer service team at support@furologee.com. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and your reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).

Refund Process

Processing Your Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Expect the refund to be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanging Items

Options for Exchange: Should you wish to exchange an item, please mention this when you request your Return Authorization. Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report Promptly: If your order arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement and take care of the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
